What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy. Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not store your full card number.
Why we use it
We use this information to take your order, deliver it, handle returns, and contact you about that order. We also keep order records because Danish bookkeeping rules require it.
Who we share it with
PayPal processes the payment. A shipping company receives your name and address so they can deliver the parcel. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 5 years, which is what Danish bookkeeping rules require, and for as long as needed to handle a return or a question about your order.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies so your cart and checkout work. These are needed to complete a purchase.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hey@atthemountain.org. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
